At EP Minerals, we all embrace our EP Gives Back community giving program. We’re committed to helping families in need and especially kids, in the communities where we operate our offices, plants and mines – all around the world.

We also provide product donations in our local communities. We’ve donated kitty litter to our local shelters like the SPCA in Northern Nevada and absorbents to help with flooding issues like the West Virginia Flood Disaster Relief, as well as to many other organizations. But this time of year, it’s all about baseball, softball and donating infield conditioner!

Recently, we’ve donated EP Minerals’ BallGame Changer premium baseball infield conditioner, PlayBall! Infield conditioner, drying agent and mound clay to several organizations. We can’t wait to see our incredible calcined clay infield products out there on opening day!

Here are a few of the baseball and softball organizations we’re supporting with donations:

  • Washoe Little League. EP Minerals’ donated almost 30 tons of infield conditioner, drying agent and mound clay to redo the five little league fields at the southwest Reno complex.
  • South Reno Babe Ruth. We have donated infield conditioner, drying agent and mound clay to improve the Jack Tighe ballfield.
  • High Desert Little League. EP Minerals’ donated PlayBall! Infield product to improve the fields for the Fernley, NV little league.
  • University of Nevada-Reno Softball. We have donated over 20 tons of infield conditioner, drying agent and mound clay to improve the Peccole Park softball infield.
  • Walnut High School Baseball. Our EP Minerals' Middleton, TN plant donated infield product to improve the Tigers' infield
  • This past year, EP donated baseball products to revamp the Vale, OR little league field

We wish all of these baseball and softball teams a winning season!
